An early and warm spring was followed by cold weather and some frost.
Mid-May the risk is over, and we will remove the surplus buds and plant another 600 new plants.
All along we welcome quite a few visitors in our vineyards and around our table that may be full of just labelled bottles. Soon enough we will send them off, maybe for you to enjoy.
At the moment we sell blends from mainly 2007 and vintages from 2004.
We have come from different worlds - France and Denmark - and our daily work is to bring these origins and views together in our Tange-Gérard champagnes. Our shared hope is to let our bubbles make your world spin in an easy-going, funny fashion. Even just for a while.
