Sustainability : How to nourish the soils and the vines

We add organic fertilizers to maintain the necessary level of minerals and organic matter in the soils of the vineyards.

This is measured and spread very accurately to avoid adding too much which may otherwise contaminate the subsoil water or evaporate as greenhouse gas.

We carry out this job once per year, preferably late winter.
